This certification is a critical milestone for the signage industry, where many applications require all components within an electrical sign system to meet established safety standards. By achieving UL879 compliance, PSG AluPOLY provides sign fabricators, designers, and installers with added confidence when specifying materials for regulated projects.
PSG AluPOLY is a versatile aluminum composite material engineered for a wide range of signage and display applications. It offers excellent ultraviolet (UV) resistance and weatherability, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Its anti-corrosive properties provide resistance to water and many chemicals, while the polyester-painted surface is optimized for digital printing, screen printing, and applied graphics.
In addition to its durability and print performance, PSG AluPOLY is easy to fabricate, cut, mount, and install using standard tools—helping fabricators improve efficiency, reduce labor costs, and streamline production.
PSG AluPOLY is available in a variety of standard colors, including black, white, red, green, blue, yellow, and brushed metallic finishes. Sheet sizes include 48” x 96”, 48” x 120”, and 60” x 120”, with panel thicknesses of 3mm (.118”) and 6mm (.240”), along with multiple aluminum skin options to meet diverse application needs.
