Unlike alternative signage materials, King ColorCore is manufactured using a Polyfusion process that eliminates the need for color lamination. This process fuses multiple layers of color together, which also makes it ideal for engraving. Plus, King ColorCore can be fabricated using common woodworking tools.
In addition, King ColorCore is an HDPE material, which is known to be very rigid and durable. It’s strength, impact resistance, UV stabilization, and scratch resistance also make it the ideal product to use for outdoor applications. If the material gets dirty over time, King ColorCore can be washed with water and common chemicals because it is resistant to moisture and chemicals.
