How Do I Sign Up for Blue Account?
Getting started with Blue Account is simple. You have two options:
1. Blue Invite
Your Piedmont Plastics sales representative can send you a Blue Invite email. Just follow the link and register using the same email address and your sales account will automatically be synced.
2. Direct Website Sign-Up
You can also sign up directly through the Piedmont Plastics website by entering your information and clicking the register button.
What you’ll need:
- Your customer number
- A recent invoice or quote number
- The total amount of that invoice or quote
Once your local Sales Representative verifies your information, your account will be synced and ready to use.

How Do I View Products?
Blue Account provides access to a personalized product catalog based on your purchasing history and quotes. Once logged into your Blue Account, you can view all your products on the “Products” page. From here, you can request new quotes or place orders.
How Do I Request Quotes?
Requesting a quote in Blue Account is a guided, step-by-step process that makes it easy to build and submit accurate requests.
Follow these steps to request a quote:

1. Log into your Blue Account and click the “Products” link in the lefthand navigation.

2. Click the “Add to Cart” button on all products that you would like to include in the quote.

3. Click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner to view all products added.

4. Click the “Continue to Checkout” button and follow the prompts to submit your quote request.
What Happens Next?
After submission, your ISR will receive your request and can review, edit, and approve your quote request. You’ll then be able to accept the quote and move forward with placing your order.
How Do I Place Orders?
Placing an order through Blue Account takes just a few clicks.
Steps to place an order:
Log into your account.
Browse the products listed on your “Products” page.
Add items to your cart.
Review quantities and details.
Submit your order.
Only items with verified pricing can be placed as orders. If pricing is not available, it will be processed as a quote request instead.
How Do I Make a Payment?
Blue Account makes paying invoices faster and more convenient.
To make a payment:
Add your bank account information in the Payment section.
Select invoices or open orders.
Add them to your payment cart.
Complete the transaction securely.
Payment details:
ACH/EFT bank transfer is the primary payment method available.
In some cases, credit card payment is also available.
Payments typically process within 3–5 business days.
You can also:
Make partial payments
Pay multiple invoices at once
Track payment status in real time
