Air Deflectors

Air deflectors are used in transportation to reduce wind resistance for vehicles. They can be seen atop semi-trucks and other long-haul vehicles, and feature a curved profile to combat the constantly changing wind direction and provide better road handling. These improved aerodynamics lead to a significant increase in fuel mileage, and thus greater cost savings. Depending on the vehicle model, air deflectors can be made in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors and can be placed in various locations.

Air deflectors are typically made from ABS, polycarbonate, or acrylic sheet, which are cost-effective, lightweight, and available in a range of colors and textures. The materials are typically cut, CNC routed, and then vacuum formed for a perfect fit, providing efficiency and improved aesthetics.
