Piedmont Plastics’ COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan

Valued Partners:

In the event of an outbreak of an infectious disease, our approach is simple. We focus on two things – the safety and wellbeing of our employees and maintaining service to our customers.

Piedmont Plastics is actively monitoring the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak and is maintaining a continuous state of readiness with strong incident management and business continuity protocols. The very nature of a pandemic outbreak is unpredictable. As such, we will be constantly reviewing, refining and updating our approach to COVID-19 to ensure our employees are safe and our customers continue to be served.

All 48 Piedmont Plastics locations are able to seamlessly share inventory and ship material throughout North America as needed. Our locations have demonstrated the highest level of teamwork and support for each other in previously challenging times. We are experienced in planning for and responding to a wide variety of situations and remain committed to supporting our customers.

As part of our standard business practice, and to reduce supply chain risk, we strategically maintain diversified supplier relationships for unexpected situations like this. We are in regular communication with our Core Supplier base to ensure there have not been any disruptions to the supply chain or the normal flow of material.

In addition, we have implemented clear safety guidelines for our employees to follow to do our part to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the chances of exposure.

Once again, we are monitoring trusted information sources to keep abreast of the spread of COVID-19. Our approach balances the safety of our employees with our need to continue to serve our customers. As always, we appreciate your continued partnership and trust in Piedmont Plastics. If you have any questions or concerns during this time, we encourage you to reach out to us directly.

Thank you,

Tyler Booth
