POLYCORAP INSTALLATION GUIDE INSTALLATION Always install PolyCor AP with masking letters up to insure proper sheet orientation and color consistency. Do not mix product from two different lot numbers on the same side of the trailer. To prevent pillowing of PolyCor AP around the screwheads do not overtighten screws. Brushed Aluminum PolyCor AP is not intended for exterior use it is an interior only panel. Do not mount Brushed Aluminum PolyCor AP directly behind deep fryers stoves or ovens. To prevent ink transfer always peel masking prior to exposure to direct sunlight. Use factory edge on exterior of the overlapped seam. Prep aluminum or metal trailer frame with appropriate primers or adhesion promoters to achieve maximum bonding when using tapes and adhesives. CLEANING Wash PolyCor AP with mild soapy water and soft cloth do not use Scotch-Brite Hand Pads or harsh chemicals. STORAGE Do not store pallets of PolyCor AP outdoors or in areas that are exposed to the elements for extended periods of time. Never stack pallets higher than 5 high to prevent damage to PolyCor AP. Never stack pallets on top of an open pallet of PolyCor AP. FABRICATION PolyCor AP can be cut using a shear saw or hand router. Saw Blades - Triple chip Carbide tipped saw blades. 80 -120 tooth. Router Blades Spiral O flute REMOVING DAMAGED PANELS Use an oscillating cutter to remove the Polycor AP sheet. Clean the remaining excess adhesive and reapply the new material with new adhesive.
