• Simple touch pad control panel with color-coded applications guide and nip selector
• 12 Pre-programmable settings (9 heated, 3 cold) for popular applications
• High processing speeds: pressure-sensitive materials up to13ft.minute and heat-activated materials up to 9ft/minute
• Maximum nip opening of 1/2" for processing of most popular substrates
• Teflon-coated rollers pre-heat film before reaching the nip for fast and effective encapsulation
• X and Y axis cutters for quick in-line trimming
• Repositionable idler roller for easy webbing
• Auto-grip shafts for easy material handling
• Foot control for hands free operation and on/off switch
• Teflon-coated print guide to prevent scratching of prints
• Radial cooling fan for effective cooling of thermal materials
• Stand-by mode for energy efficiency and lower operating costs
• Safety system with emergency stops

Note: the EP42 is not recommended for processing SEAL mounting and pouch boards.
