Digitally printed banner material can be used in many markets for a wide range of applications. The most commonly used material is a heavy weight vinyl banner that is made from polyester mesh (scrim) and vinyl. Once printed, many banner materials can be finished with grommets, hems, pockets, and seams for a polished, professional appearance.
Piedmont’s SupraFLEX® line of banner materials comes in four types. Horizon (Frontlit) for a versatile single-sided print for interior and exterior applications; Curl Free (Scrimless) designed for roll-up or pop-up displays; Eclipse (Blockout) for high resolution, durable double side printing and Breeze (Mesh) for exterior or high wind load applications.
Piedmont’s SupraFLEX is available in rolls from 38–197 inches in width, up to 750 feet in length, in weights from 7–22 ounces, and can be digitally printed on large-format printers with eco-solvent, solvent based, or UV-curable inkjet inks.
